WG Tasting Fun With Friends

Host a Fun With Friends Event for 
the WG Tasting & Auction

Do you have a special “talent” to share with friends? Is throwing parties and events your thing? Host a BBQ, Wine Tasting, Poker Party, or Karaoke Night where friends (old and new) pay to attend! You decide the theme. Guests buy a spot to attend your event. You host the event and earn money for our school. Hosting a FWF event is a fun and easy way to give back to the WGEd!

Fun with Friends events will be for sale during the Silent Auction portion of the WG Tasting & Auction.

Submissions must be entered by November 3, 2025

How to Get Started

1. Find some friends to help you host. Your donation is your time and cost for hosting the party.

2. Pick a fun and unique theme. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination! Here’s a few ideas to get your creative juices flowing:

  • Cornhole Tournament
  • BBQ
  • Wine Tasting
  • Poker Night
  • Trivia Night
  • Paint Night
  • Cookie Decorating Party
  • 80’s Party
  • Bike Party
  • Themed Cocktail Night
  • Karaoke Night
  • Cooking or Baking Class
  • Yoga Class
  • Boot Camp
  • Paella Party

3. Decide how many people you’re willing to accept and a price for your tickets

4. Fill out the Sign Up Form. Details such as event date, time, location, etc., may be finalized after WGEd receives your donation.

5. We’ll promote and sell tickets to your event for the price you decide during the Silent Auction portion of the WG Tasting & Auction. All proceeds from the ticket sales go to the Willow Glen Education Foundation.

6. All events must be completed by May 2026.
