General Meetings – Open to Everyone

We usually meet on the first Wednesday of every month (with occasional exceptions), to plan our fundraising activities and to allocate funds to WGMS & WGHS in response to each Principal’s requests.

Get involved and stay informed about what’s happening on campus by attending our monthly meeting. Unlike a traditional PTA, we don’t charge dues for membership. Meetings are free and open to all members of our community. Principals from both the middle school and high school usually attend to provide updates as well.

Join us each month in person, or tune in on Google Meet for an audio stream.

2025-26 Meeting Schedule

All meetings start at 6pm and will be held in the WGHS library unless otherwise noted. New this year, we also now have the option to listen in from home using Google Meet.
