RamStarter is the annual fundraiser supporting educational, athletic, and performing arts programs at Willow Glen Middle School and Willow Glen High School. These funds are essential to many of the programs your children encounter every day, whether it’s in the classroom, on the athletic field, or on the stage. We gladly accept donations of any amount.
What do RamStarter donations pay for?
This is the only fundraiser during the year that benefits all four organizations supporting students and teachers at WGMS and WGHS with a single donation:
- WG Education Foundation – Academic, social, and cultural enrichment – 40% goes here
- WG Cares – Support for students of the greatest economic need – 20% goes here
- WG Athletic Boosters – Athletic team support – 20% goes here
- WG Performing Arts Boosters – Band, choir, and theater program support – 20% goes here
The Willow Glen Education Foundation develops resources and funds programs that inspire, promote, and support the academic achievement and cultural enrichment of all students. WGEd pays for Project Lead the Way, classroom supplies, social events, teacher appreciation activities, scholarships, the Ram Store, and much more.

The Willow Glen Athletic Boosters provide financial and moral support to WGMS and WGHS athletic programs. They work with the Athletic Directors at both schools to fill the needs of all athletic programs and facilities, including funding for athletic trainers, middle school coaches, uniforms and equipment, scholarships, and athlete recognition (such as NCAA Signing Day).

The Willow Glen Performing Arts Boosters provide financial and volunteer support to the Theatre, Band, and Choir programs at WGMS and WGHS. They traditionally provide funding for instruments, repairs, sheet music, classroom technology, instruction, set design, costumes, festival fees, and much more.

Willow Glen Cares fills gaps in the educational experience of students with the greatest economic need at both WGMS and WGHS. We want these students to feel that they’re part of our Willow Glen community. Our support of these students is meant to be timely, targeted, and tangible, helping them attend school with dignity. Funding pays for personal hygiene products, school supplies and backpacks, ASB cards, college application fees, yearbooks, Thanksgiving meals, holiday and birthday gifts, prom/homecoming tickets and attire, the Ram Shop, snacks, and much more.

Please consider submitting your donation to your employer to maximize your gift. There are three ways to get a corporate match:
- Donate directly through your company’s corporate matching portal, and select Willow Glen Middle and High School Foundation as the recipient.

Typically, you’ll need to provide a receipt of your donation.
